By accessing or using FreePictureCDN services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Service Description
FreePictureCDN provides content delivery network services for images and videos. We offer 10GB of free storage per user, with additional storage available at $5 per TB. There are no bandwidth or traffic fees.
3. User Accounts
When creating an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use our services to:
- Store or distribute illegal content
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Distribute malware or harmful code
- Engage in activities that disrupt our services
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
5. Content Ownership
You retain all rights to your content. By uploading content to our platform, you grant us a license to store, cache, and deliver your content through our CDN network.
6. Payment Terms
Free tier includes 10GB of storage. Additional storage is billed at $5 per TB. Payments are due upon invoice. We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment.
7. Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability.
8. Limitation of Liability
FreePictureCDN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
